With strict criteria and high CPL benchmarks in place, this campaign wasn’t about volume alone—it was about precision, performance, and efficiency.

EZRA is a leading global provider of virtual coaching and learning solutions. It offers three main products: executive-level coaching, coaching for team members or managers, and personalized coaching based on individual needs. While the company operates globally, KPI Media runs campaigns targeting companies across the APAC region, with a focus on Australia and Singapore.

EZRA caters to some of the world’s largest enterprises, each with over 5,000 employees. This meant our lead generation strategy needed to be highly targeted, focusing only on qualified prospects. Leads that didn’t meet these strict criteria were considered invalid. To make things more complex, access to tracking tools was limited due to global HQ restrictions, which made real-time performance monitoring challenging. Rather than let this become a roadblock, we collaborated closely with EZRA to establish alternative tracking systems. This allowed us to keep an eye on campaign effectiveness and make immediate adjustments when necessary—ensuring no opportunity was lost.

Approach & Strategy
